Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
Online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets supported by Razorpay). You can also send an order request on WhatsApp and pay after we confirm it.
When is my order confirmed?
Online orders are confirmed only after our server verifies the payment with Razorpay. WhatsApp order requests stay unpaid until we confirm availability and record your payment.
Do you supply in bulk?
Yes. Some products show quantity pricing automatically. For larger quantities use the Wholesale page to request a quotation; you can accept it and pay online before it expires.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, displayed prices include GST. Your invoice shows the taxable value and GST separately.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your delivery address and order value. Same-day delivery within Coimbatore for orders placed by noon.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel online from your order page while it is awaiting payment or just confirmed. After packing or shipping, please contact us.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We update your order once Razorpay confirms the refund.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Add your GSTIN at checkout or in your profile and it will appear on the invoice for your order.
